Return / Cancellation Policy

As Mulankan offers digital astrology services, traditional product returns do not apply. This policy covers cancellations.

1. No Physical Products

Mulankan does not sell or ship any physical goods. All services (readings and chat consultations) are delivered digitally and instantly, so there is nothing to physically return.

2. Cancelling a Live Chat

You may end a live AstroChat session at any time using the 'End Chat' button. Billing stops as soon as the session ends. You are only charged for minutes already used.

3. Cancelling a Reading

Readings are generated instantly and cannot be cancelled once delivered. If a reading failed to generate due to a technical error, contact us and we will resolve it or credit your wallet.

4. Wallet Top-up Cancellation

Unused wallet top-ups can be cancelled and refunded as described in our Refund Policy.
