By accessing or using Mulankan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Mulankan is a service operated by Ishukart. By registering for or using Mulankan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Service
Mulankan provides AI-generated astrology readings and live AI chat consultations for entertainment and guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, and readings must not be treated as professional advice.
3. Wallet & Live Chat Billing
Live AstroChat is billed at ₹5 per minute, deducted automatically from your wallet balance for every minute the session is active. Your session will pause or end automatically when your balance is insufficient. You are responsible for monitoring your wallet balance.
4. Payments
Wallet top-ups are processed securely via Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and rates may change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mulankan and its team are not liable for any decisions you make based on readings or chat responses. The service is provided on an 'as is' basis.
